CustomIQ (operated by W&R Ventures) charges a platform fee to sellers for using our services. These fees may include:
- A percentage of each completed transaction.
- A flat monthly or annual subscription fee.
- Additional service charges for value-added services like marketing, logistics, or premium listings.
All fees are clearly communicated at the time of registration or checkout. Platform fees are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
2. Third-Party Sellers
Our platform enables third-party vendors to list and sell their handmade or curated products. CustomIQ is not the manufacturer or seller of these items unless explicitly stated. Therefore:
- We do not take ownership of products listed by vendors.
- We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of third-party products.
- Any disputes regarding a product should first be raised with the respective seller through our dispute resolution process.
3. Payments and Transactions
All transactions are securely processed using our integrated payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, etc. The final payable amount includes applicable taxes (like GST) and platform fees. By completing a transaction, you authorize us or our partners to process the payment securely.
4. Refunds and Returns
Each vendor may have their own return/refund policy. Buyers are advised to check product pages for specific terms. CustomIQ may mediate disputes where necessary, but final resolution may depend on the seller’s policy.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user or vendor accounts found violating our terms, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or harming the community. In case of serious violations, legal action may be pursued.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or business needs. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
