All jewellery pieces are handcrafted or curated with care.

Slight variations in color, polish, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature.

Product dimensions and descriptions are mentioned to the best of our ability.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are inclusive of applicable charges unless mentioned otherwise.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD, if applicable).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order & Delivery

Orders will be confirmed only after full payment (unless COD is chosen).

Processing time is typically 2–4 business days.

Shipping time depends on your location. We use trusted courier partners.

Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If the item is damaged during transit, customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, the unwrapping process, and the damaged item inside.

Without proper unboxing video proof, no damage claim will be accepted.

Exchanges are possible only if the item is unused and returned in original packaging.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Privacy

Customer information (address, phone, etc.) is kept strictly confidential.

We never share your data with third parties except for delivery purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our page are the property of Ekanta Jewellery.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
