This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products ordered from CustomIQ are processed, dispatched, and delivered. As our platform focuses on handmade and personalized products, delivery timelines may vary based on crafting and customization requirements.
1. Logistics and Shipping Partners
We use Shiprocket as our primary logistics aggregator. Through Shiprocket, multiple reputed courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.) are selected automatically based on serviceability, speed, and reliability for your pincode.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery consists of two phases: Processing and Shipping.
- Order Processing & Customization: 2–5 business days. Includes order verification, crafting, quality checks, and packaging. Complex or highly customized items may require more time.
- Shipping & Transit Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Usually 5–12 business days from order placement.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees vary depending on:
- Product weight & dimensions
- Delivery pincode / region
- Vendor-specific shipping policies (e.g., free shipping offers)
All applicable delivery charges are displayed clearly during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking ID
- A live order tracking link
You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Your Order” page on CustomIQ.
5. Delivery Coverage and Failed Attempts
We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India.
- Non-Serviceable Address: If delivery is not possible to your location, we will notify you for an alternate address or issue a full refund.
- Delivery Attempts: Couriers usually make 2–3 attempts. If all attempts fail, the item is returned to the vendor and a refund (minus two-way shipping charges) may apply.
6. Delays, Exceptions, and Liabilities
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Strikes, local restrictions, or public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete customer address
- Courier partner operational issues
CustomIQ is not responsible for delays caused by external logistic or environmental factors.
