We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with it.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
