At Customiq, all products are handmade or customized by our talented vendors, and due to the nature of these items, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds.
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns for any products once they are sold. Please ensure you review the product details, description, and images carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will investigate and assist on a case-by-case basis.
3. Customized and Handmade Products
Since many of our products are handmade or personalized, each item is unique. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur and are not considered defects.
